Q2: Have had any flooding/sewer backup problems?
A2: We have lived in this home for 4-5 years and have never had any issues with flooding or sewer backup. A simple backflow-preventer valve is installed in the basement, as well, the city of Kanata is installing back flow preventer valves in the mains serving the condo.
